Basting thread (any thread that you want to get rid of)
black or navy silk thread (YLI 100 weight) *
beige silk thread (YLI 100 weight) *
Straw needles (size 11, Foxglove Cottage recommended) *
Embroidery needle
Paper and fabric scissors

Marking pen (black Pigma® pen size 01 or 02 recommended)

Each Kit Includes:
Daffalilies Pattern
One 12” square of fabric for background
One 4” square of green fabric for leaves
One 6” square of orange fabric for lilies
One 4” square of yellow fabric for lily centers
One 2” square of green fabric for circles
One 5½” x 10” strip of blue fabric for scallop border
One 30” stem prepared with Steam-a-Seam tape
Leaf templates
Lily templates
Scallop templates
Two 6”x 12” pieces of freezer paper
1 yard of black embroidery floss
Additional Supplies to Finish the Quilt:
Collins bias press bars (set of 5)
Steam-A-Seam 2® fusible tape (¼” x 40 yard package, not the “lite” package)

Circle template with circles 2” and smaller (available at office supply stores)

Guild Provides:
1 table for teacher’s use
3-5 irons and ironing stations
