Love, Baltimore Style Supply List
Equipment and Notions:
- Kit Fee: $35 (Payable in class. For virtual workshops, purchase the kit here.) 
- Sewing machine 
- Embroidery (Zigzag foot) 
- Personal pressing mat (helpful but not necessary) 
- Travel iron (helpful but not necessary) 
- Sewer’s awl 
- Basic sewing supplies 
- Invisible thread for your sewing machine 
- Paper and fabric scissors 
- Embroidery scissors (optional) 
- Embroidery needle 
- Cotton or polyester thread in the following colors: Fuschia, gold, light yellow, medium pink, and light pink 
- Basting thread (any thread that you want to get rid of) 
- Small paintbrush or a Q-Tip for applying liquid starch 
- Fist-size clump of stuffing (helpful but not necessary) 
- Pencil 
- Fabric marking pen 
- Tweezers (optional) 
- Clover Mini Iron (optional) 
Each Class Kit Includes:
- Love, Baltimore Style Pattern with directions 
- All fabric necessary to complete the quilt block only * 
- 2 stems 18” long Prepared with steam-a-seam tape 
- Beads for the centers of the lilacs 
- Leaf and scallop templates 
- Freezer paper 6”x17” 
*An optional supplemental kit containing everything to make the border, beaded piping and tabs is available for purchase in class for $25
Additional Supplies to Finish the Quilt:
- 2/3 yard of pink print fabric for borders 
Guild Provides:
- 1 table for teacher’s use 
- 3-4 irons and ironing stations 
- Electrical cords and extensions, multiple-outlet strip, adaptors, lighting (if necessary)
