The Tsukineko All-Purpose Inks are water-based, acid free non-toxic and are blendable, washable and permanent when heat set. They create a soft-to-the-touch feel while adding vivid colors to your paper and textile creations. You can mix inks to achieve wide variety of colors and layer colors to achieve a lovely watercolor effect.
