Fresh Fish is a whimsical project where you will paint a pre-printed fabric panel with Derwent Inktense Pencils. Each panel has been heat set and is backed with freezer paper to both stabilize the project and prevent any paint from leaking through the back. Included are instructions on how to use pencils, a chart for where to place each color and a template for the border.
